Appropriate materials selection within a CS classroom depends on the presence of specific criteria such as: the use of interesting and varied activities, enough authentic language, good explanation of grammar rules, integration of skills, enough educational and cultural knowledge, appropriateness of target language, related to the objectives of the programme and learners’ need.
